Honor and remember loved ones with Granite VNA’s annual Lights, Life and Memories campaign and remembrance ceremonies. Community members are invited to participate by placing the names of loved ones who have died on the online Honor Roll, located on Granite VNA’s website, and/or on a porcelain dove to be added to an evergreen tree at one of four community remembrance ceremonies in December. 

The Lights, Life and Memories remembrance ceremonies will be held Saturday, December 9, 2023, at the following locations and times:

Concord - 11 a.m.
Red River Theaters
11 South Main Street

Meredith - 1 p.m.
Moulton Farm
18 Quarry Road

Wolfeboro - 1 p.m. 
Huggins Hospital
240 South Main Street

Alton - 1:30 p.m.
Pearson Road Community Center
7 Pearson Road

Those who wish to place the names of loved ones on the Honor Roll or on a porcelain dove must submit their information by Thursday, November 30.
 
Granite VNA invites the public to participate in these special remembrance activities, and welcomes contributions to support its hospice program, which touches the lives of hundreds of New Hampshire families each year.
