Granite VNA Names Angela Arria Vice President of Home Care

Home health care and hospice agency Granite VNA announces Angela Arria as Vice President of Home Care. In this role, Arria will provide leadership and oversight of the agency’s Home Care program and paraprofessional services. In addition to managing the program’s clinical and fiscal operations, Arria will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding Medicare Conditions of Participation, licensure and certification of agency staff and compliance with home care standards of care.

Arria brings more than 20 years of experience in various health care settings, including large senior living facilities and rehabilitation centers, as well as post-acute home care and multi-location clinic operations. Prior to joining Granite VNA, Arria served as regional director of operations for ConvenientMD where she oversaw nine regional locations in New Hampshire; prior to ConvenientMD, she served as director of operations of post-acute care, immediate care and internal medicine divisions for Foundation Medical Partners in Nashua. She has also held leadership roles with Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Nashua and Benchmark Senior Living in Wellesley, Mass.

Arria is a licensed nursing home administrator, and holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration degree from New England College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
