Granite VNA Names Sarah DeFalco Chief Human Resource Officer

Granite VNA has named Sarah DeFalco, Chief Human Resource Officer. DeFalco is a highly-skilled executive who will lead the development and implementation of human resource strategy in support of the agency’s overall plan, with specific emphasis on strategic planning, employee recruitment and retention, organizational and performance management, compensation and cultural integration.

“We are pleased to welcome Sarah to the Granite VNA team,” said Beth Slepian, MBA, PT, President/CEO. “Her progressive background in human resources, including her experience in healthcare and consultancy work, as well as her enthusiasm and support of our team, will be a tremendous asset to Granite VNA and ultimately to the patients and families we serve.”

DeFalco brings 24 years of experience in human resources to her role. Prior to joining Granite VNA, she served several years as Chief Human Resources Officer for Results Physiotherapy based in Franklin, Tennessee. She previously served in human resources consultancy and management positions with Cultural Chemistry in Manchester, New Hampshire, PR Management Corp./dba Panera Bread in Framingham, Massachusetts, and Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.

DeFalco is a New Hampshire native, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She began her role with Granite VNA on Monday, April 18, 2022.
