Granite VNA Seeks Volunteers

Granite VNA is seeking volunteers to serve in a variety of roles especially in patient homes for companionship and caregiver respite in multiple communities including Franklin, Laconia, Tilton, and Northfield. The next eight-week training session is on Tuesdays starting March 7 at Hospice House from 4 to 6 p.m.

We also offer volunteer opportunities to assist with:

Annual Hospice Lights, Life and Memories awareness campaign
Administrative Support
Annual Memorial Service
Bereavement
Community Education (additional training provided)
Expressive Arts
Flu Clinics
Grocery Shopping
Hairdresser (certification required)
Hospice House Garden
Hospice House Patient Volunteer
Hospice House Greeter/Screener
Hospice House Kitchen Support
In-Home Companionship and Caregiver Respite
Long-Term Care Facility Patient Volunteer
Massage/Reiki (certification required)
Music Therapy (certification required)
Pet Therapy (certification required)
Telemonitoring (additional training provided)
Vigil/Bedside
