Public Hearing regarding Proposed Merger of Central NH VNA & Hospice with Concord Regional VNA

CONCORD, NH - Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald announces that Thomas J. Donovan, Director of Charitable Trusts, will be accepting public comment on a proposed merger between Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice and Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association, Inc. A public hearing will be held to discuss the proposed merger via Zoom on Tuesday, December 15, beginning at 4 p.m.  Members of the public are encouraged to participate and should register by visiting https://www.vnaforthefuturenh.com/public-hearing/.

On August 5, Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice submitted to the Director of Charitable Trusts a change of control notice related to its proposed plan of merger with Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association, Inc. in accordance with state law, which requires that the Director of Charitable Trusts review acquisition transactions involving health care charitable trusts.
