    Lights, Life and Memories Annual Campaign Raises Over $65,000 to Support Hospice

    CONCORD, NH – Granite VNA raised more than $65,000 during its annual Lights, Life and Memories campaign to support hospice care. Through community participation, 1,800 names were included in the online Honor Roll and over 600 names were inscribed on porcelain doves and placed on evergreen trees in service area locations as ways to remember loved ones who have died.

    Granite VNA Honors Vung Thomte with Peer-Nominated Award

    Granite VNA honored Vung Thomte, licensed nursing assistant, with the organization’s peer-nominated “Living Our Values” award. Each year, Granite VNA invites employees to nominate one of their own who best demonstrates the organization’s core values of respect, compassion, culture of excellence, leadership and stewardship in his or her actions among peers and with patients, families, community members, donors and volunteers.
