    Hopkinton High School Slusser Scholarship Recipient Selected

    As part of our annual Passion for Caring fundraiser, Granite VNA has announced this year’s Eugene and Anne Slusser Scholarship recipient is Hopkinton High School student Emma Tworek. Since 2008, the scholarship has provided financial assistance to a Hopkinton High School senior pursuing second education in the fields of science, mathematics, or health.

    Pediatrician Dr. Suzanne Boulter Named Kay Sidway Award recipient

    Dr. Suzanne Boulter, a longtime area pediatrician, has been named the recipient of the Granite VNA Kay Sidway Award, an annual award for individuals who have devoted himself or herself to the education, nurturing, and well-being of families. For Dr. Boulter, the award is especially meaningful.

    Concord Regional VNA and Central NH VNA & Hospice Merge to Form Granite VNA

    Concord Regional VNA and Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice (Central VNA) today announce the merger of the two agencies. The unified organization will be known as Granite VNA and will serve the home- and community-based healthcare needs of residents across 82 communities in the greater Concord area and Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

    Home Care makes a difference to patients and their families in many ways, such as helping manage their chronic condition, assist with medication changes, provide intravenous medications and nutrition, treat wounds, and attend to post-surgical needs.
