Concord Regional VNA and Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice (Central VNA) today announce that their leadership and Boards of Trustees have signed a Definitive Merger Agreement to merge the two home health care and hospice organizations. Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice also filed a change of control notice with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Charitable Trusts Unit for review and approval.

Concord Regional VNA reimagined its annual Passion for Caring event to a continuous, two-week, virtual campaign due to the ongoing pandemic. The campaign features Concord Regional VNA’s first-ever online auction that launched on Thursday, August 20 and is live through September 4.

Concord Regional VNA was recently notified that a vendor, Blackbaud, discovered and stopped a ransomware attack affecting its systems. As reported by Blackbaud, data fields containing credit card or bank account information are encrypted and were NOT acquired or compromised during the incident.

Our agency’s volunteers play a key role in helping us meet our Mission. With restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our volunteer work is limited, however, they call hospice patients, pick up groceries for Hospice House, provide music outside in the Susan McLane Garden, and offer pet therapy visits outside facility windows.
