DESCRIPTION:Granite VNA – Laconia Office\, 780 North Main Street \n(In-person training Thursday\, Dec. 3 and Friday\, Dec. 4\, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.) \nOur community wellness team is seeking volunteer coaches to help strengthen the independence of older adults throughout the Lakes and Greater Capital regions. \nVolunteer Coaches will: \n\nHelp participants become more confident about managing falls\nHelp to identify ways to reduce falls\nLead exercises to help increase strength and balance\nFeel great about giving back to their community\n\nRegistration is required by November 30.
