Immunizations are offered at no charge with an ID card from Medicare B, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, or Anthem. 

$30 (cash or check) for all others. Published rate is $45.

This year, we are offering the standard quadrivalent influenza vaccine.
