"A Matter of Balance" Coach Training

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference in your community?

We are looking for volunteer coaches to help strengthen the independence of older adults throughout the Lakes and Greater Capital regions.

A Matter of Balance Coaches:
• Help participants become more
confident about managing falls
• Help to identify ways to reduce falls
• Lead exercises to help increase
strength and balance

This program is offered at no charge. Registration is required and space is limited.
