Navigating the Holidays While Grieving - 11/29 & 12/6

For those who have suffered the death of loved ones, this time of year can be full of memories, feelings, and challenges. Together we will explore how to acknowledge our own needs during a time that is often filled with expectations. This two-session offering is open to adults grieving for any beloved person(s). Granite VNA is pleased to invite our Music Therapy Intern to join us.

All community members are welcome to attend. Sessions are offered free of charge. Registration is required. Masks required.
