Convenient, Affordable Preventative Care Clinics
Our Clinics
Providing access to affordable preventative healthcare services is a critical part of Granite VNA’s mission. We offer immunization and footcare clinics in numerous communities throughout our service area for children and adults who may not otherwise have access to these services.
Monthly Immunization Clinic for Adults & Children
We are all exposed to thousands of germs each day. Immunization against certain life-threatening diseases is essential to strengthening our body’s immune system and to reduce our risk of serious illness. Our monthly immunization clinic in Concord is available to adults and children who are uninsured and those who may not be able to access these services elsewhere.
Vaccinations available for children ages 0-18 include: DtaP, Tdap (11-18 years), IPV (polio), MMR, Td (tetanus), Hepatitis B, HPV, and Influenza (3 – 18 years).
Vaccinations available for adults include: Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HPV, Influenza, MMR, Pneumococcal, and Tdap.
Clinics are held the first Monday of each month from 1-4 p.m.
Location: St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Outreach Center, 21 Centre Street, Concord
Eligibility for adults who are uninsured and underinsured is determined by the NH Immunization Program screening tool. A $10 fee is requested per visit.

Walk-in Flu Clinics
To help ensure the health and wellbeing of our communities, Granite VNA holds seasonal flu clinics in many communities throughout our service area each fall. Our specially-trained nurses administer flu vaccines, provide helpful information and answer your flu-related questions.
Flu clinics are open to all ages and appointments are not required.

Foot Care for Older Adults
Good foot care is essential to health and wellbeing, especially as people age. It is important to detect problems early and/or properly manage existing issues before they affect everyday life.
Granite VNA holds monthly Foot Care Clinics where older adults can receive foot care and basic health services, such as blood pressure screenings, B-12 injections, medication education and nutrition education from our team of registered nurses and health educators
Clinics are held in the following communities: Andover, Alton, Boscawen, Bow, Concord, Contoocook, Epsom, Henniker, Hillsborough, Hooksett, Laconia, Loudon, Moultonborough, New Boston, Pembroke, Penacook, Pittsfield, Sanbornton, Suncook, Weare and Wolfeboro.
While these services are provided regardless of a person’s ability to pay, a suggested donation of $10 per visit is appreciated.
Our Foot Care Clinics have limited capacity and we are currently unable to accept new clients.
