Attention: An Important Notice about a Telephone Scam

Granite VNA has learned of a scam involving a person or persons who have "spoofed" our main phone number at (603) 224-4093.

Spoofing is when a cybercriminal poses as a trusted entity to get something beneficial to them and detrimental to a community member. These cybercriminals are calling community members, and are posing as agency employees attempting to sell Medicare Advantage products. The caller claims they are from Concord VNA, one of our agency names before our merger in April 2021.

Granite VNA is not involved with these fraudulent practices and does not make solicitations. Please be aware of this scam, and if you receive solicitations from anyone posing as an agency employee who appears remotely suspicious, please contact us immediately.

Please do not respond to these phone calls and do not provide the caller with any personal or financial information.

Business Support Opportunities

As a not-for-profit, community-based organization, Granite VNA relies on the support of our community. We owe much of our success to donors who are truly our partners in caring. Without community support like yours, we would not be able to provide health care and education to the thousands we serve each year. Please consider showcasing your business by becoming a Granite VNA partner today.

All of the following offerings are part of our community benefits program designed to improve health and increase access to health care.

If you have any questions or would like to pledge your support, please contact Melissa Howard, Director of Donor Relations, at (603) 731-7757 or melissa.howard@granitevna.org
