Attention: An Important Notice about a Telephone Scam

Granite VNA has learned of a scam involving a person or persons who have "spoofed" our main phone number at (603) 224-4093.

Spoofing is when a cybercriminal poses as a trusted entity to get something beneficial to them and detrimental to a community member. These cybercriminals are calling community members, and are posing as agency employees attempting to sell Medicare Advantage products. The caller claims they are from Concord VNA, one of our agency names before our merger in April 2021.

Granite VNA is not involved with these fraudulent practices and does not make solicitations. Please be aware of this scam, and if you receive solicitations from anyone posing as an agency employee who appears remotely suspicious, please contact us immediately.

Please do not respond to these phone calls and do not provide the caller with any personal or financial information.

Music, Mindfulness, & More

Our staff and volunteers recognize that patients and families in our community are likely to encounter stress and anxiety in their daily lives.  Whether you are recovering from surgery, receiving hospice services or serving as a caregiver, we can all benefit from taking a few moments for ourselves each day. We also recognize that we find ourselves living in a unique time where we may be unable to support each other in person or receive companionship and respite from one of our many volunteers.

Our volunteers have donated their time and talents to develop tools for you to use anytime, anywhere.  All you need is a reliable internet connection and a quiet space.  You can choose from various music tracks recorded by our Certified Music Practitioners (CMPs), listen to volunteers reading short stories, poetry and reflections or take time for some mindfulness or a body scan.  Our music therapy program by CMPs is supported by the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
