Our agency is reimagining its wellness programs for a virtual setting as Granite Staters continue to practice social distancing amid the coronavirus pandemic. Existing programming on topics related to aging, caregiver support and education, and bereavement, have been adjusted to accommodate virtual gatherings.

Men's Grief Group is an informal gathering on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at Wesley United Methodist Church in the parlor. The gathering provides an opportunity for grieving men to connect with each other around the loss of their spouse or significant other. Pre-registration is not required. Walk-In Wednesday, held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, gives community members an opportunity to connect with a social worker/notary public to discuss topics such as advance directives, Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare and/or Living Wills, and community resources. Parent Circle is a monthly mutual support group for parents who have suffered the death of a child at any age to any circumstance and whether the loss was recent or some time ago. It is held on the second Tuesday of the month. Pre-registration is required. For more information, view our calendar.
