Online Programs 

Our agency is reimagining its wellness programs for a virtual setting as Granite Staters continue to practice social distancing amid the coronavirus pandemic. Existing programming on topics related to aging, caregiver support and education, and bereavement, have been adjusted to accommodate virtual gatherings. 

Current Virtual Programming Includes:

Men's Grief Group is an informal gathering on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at Wesley United Methodist Church in the parlor. The gathering provides an opportunity for grieving men to connect with each other around the loss of their spouse or significant other. Pre-registration is not required. Walk-In Wednesday, held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, gives community members an opportunity to connect with a social worker/notary public to discuss topics such as advance directives, Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare and/or Living Wills, and community resources. Parent Circle is a monthly mutual support group for parents who have suffered the death of a child at any age to any circumstance and whether the loss was recent or some time ago. It is held on the second Tuesday of the month. Pre-registration is required. For more information, view our calendar


Caregiver Connection is an opportunity for family caregivers to support one another and connect with our staff professionals. Our next group is Friday, December 16 at 10 a.m. Pre-registration is required. 


Join us for Better Choices, Better Health™, an interactive workshop that provides valuable tools and information to help manage disease symptoms, maintain proper nutrition and exercise, communicate with your healthcare provider and more. The program is on Mondays beginning January 24 at 1 p.m. Pre-registration is required.

"A Matter of Balance - Virtual Translation" classes provide the tools needed to gain confidence and learn simple fall prevention strategies on Wednesdays, beginning January 26 at 1 p.m. Pre-registration is required.
