Online Programs 

Our agency is reimagining its wellness programs for a virtual setting as Granite Staters continue to practice social distancing amid the coronavirus pandemic. Existing programming on topics related to caregiver support and education, and bereavement, have been adjusted to accommodate virtual gatherings. 

Parent Circle is a monthly mutual support group for parents who have suffered the death of a child at any age to any circumstance and whether the loss was recent or some time ago. It is held on the second Tuesday of each month. Pre-registration is required. For more information, view our calendar. 

Caregiver Connection is a monthly opportunity for family caregivers to support one another and connect with our staff professionals. It is held on the fourth Thursday of each month. Pre-registration is required. For more information, view our calendar.

Falls are common as people age, but it does not have to be that way. Join us for our online "A Matter of Balance" program on Mondays beginning July 10. Pre-registration is required. Please note the online program introduction is Friday, July 7 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
