DESCRIPTION:Granite VNA Hospice House – Meditation Room\, 240 Pleasant Street\, Concord \n \nThese support sessions that begin at 6 p.m. provide grief education and support for adults who have experienced the recent loss of a loved one. Participants learn tools for coping with some of the debilitating physical and emotional aspects of the grieving process and are welcome to share their experiences. \nRegistration is required. Please no walk-ins.  \nAll community members are welcome to attend. This program is offered at no charge.

DESCRIPTION:Granite VNA Office – Concord\, 30 Pillsbury Street  \n(Training is on Fridays through March 27  from 10 a.m.– Noon) \nVolunteers support the needs of our patients\, their families\, and our community. From providing patient companionship and caregiver respite to supporting community health and bereavement programs\, volunteers play a critical role in helping Granite VNA fulfill its not-for-profit\, community-based mission. We have a critical need for volunteers to visit patients in their homes\, Veteran volunteers\, and certified pet therapy teams.  \nRegistration is required.
