Angela Arria, MSM, is Vice President of Home Care and Hospice. She provides leadership and oversight of the agency’s Home Care program and paraprofessional services. Arria is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Home Care, Hospice and Paraprofessional Programs.  She collaborates with the Senior Management Team to develop and execute initiatives that support the agency’s strategic goals and ensure the alignment of the Home Care and Hospice Programs to the degree reasonable in terms of clinical, operational and administrative processes.

In addition, the Vice President of Home Care and Hospice is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will improve the delivery of services throughout the entire organization and increase awareness within all service lines and general community.

Arria has more than 20 years of experience in various health care settings, including large senior living facilities and rehabilitation centers, as well as post-acute home care and multi-location clinic operations. Prior to joining Granite VNA, Arria served as regional director of operations for ConvenientMD where she oversaw nine regional locations in New Hampshire; prior to ConvenientMD, she served as director of operations of post-acute care, immediate care and internal medicine divisions for Foundation Medical Partners in Nashua, New Hampshire. She has also held leadership roles with Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Nashua and Benchmark Senior Living in Wellesley, Mass.

Arria is a licensed nursing home administrator, and holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration degree from New England College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
