We invite you to honor their legacy by placing a personalized brick in the Susan McLane Garden at our Hospice House—a space of reflection, remembrance, and healing. These engraved bricks form a path through the garden, each one a tribute to someone who touched lives with love, courage, and grace.

With a gift of $1,000, your commemorative brick will be inscribed with your loved one’s name and a brief message of your choosing. This donation supports our mission of compassionate hospice care and ensures we can continue to serve other families with the same level of dignity and support.

Once the bricks are inscribed this fall, we invite you and your family to the garden for a reception to view newly installed bricks.
