Caregiver Resources

Granite VNA ensures that our investments in the communities we serve meets the needs of residents as they evolve over time. We provide exceptional clinical care to patients, and support to families and community partners to ensure positive health outcomes, wellness, and end-of-life experiences.

As a caregiver, you may experience emotional stress, physical and financial strain, and negative impacts on your health while you are providing services. It is important that caregivers are attentive to their own health and self-care needs. Below is information on support and links to resources that you may find helpful.

For me it was important to connect with other people

who are on the same journey as we are - to meet other caregivers, to meet their loved ones - and just reducing that sense of isolation. And I've learned so much from the other caregivers.
