Christopher Allen, MD, MPH, is Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Allen supervises the agency’s provider team, support strategic initiatives and operations, and will collaborate with Capital Region Palliative Care. He will also continue to practice at Epsom Family Medicine and to serve in various roles at Concord Hospital.

In addition to his practice, Dr. Allen, a board-certified family medicine physician, also serves as Medical Director of the Primary Care Department at Concord Hospital where he provides clinical supervision and support for multiple practices and participates in the direction, management, and planning of primary care operations for Concord Hospital Medical Group.

Dr. Allen obtained his medical training in New Hampshire. He graduated from Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover and completed his residency with the New Hampshire-Dartmouth Family Medicine Program in Concord. Dr. Allen graduated from The Dartmouth Institute in Lebanon with a Master of Public Health and completed his Leadership Preventive Medicine Residency in Lebanon and Concord.

Deb Mullen, PT, is Chief Information Officer. She supports information technology software applications, testing, implementation and education of all system/module upgrades, and for hardware management. Mullen also oversees clinical operation support areas such as team assistants and information technology support.

Mullen received the Granite State Home Health Association’s 2012 Maryellen LaRoche Public Policy Award. She was named Administrative Manager of the Year by the Visiting Nurse Associations of America in 2009. Mullen has been published in The Remington Report, a national trade publication and is a member of the McKesson Homecare Advisory Council.

Mullen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Lowell in Lowell, Mass. She received her MBA in Health Administration from Franklin Pierce University.

Angela Arria, MSM, is Vice President of Home Care and Hospice. She provides leadership and oversight of the agency’s Home Care program and paraprofessional services. Arria is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Home Care, Hospice and Paraprofessional Programs.  She collaborates with the Senior Management Team to develop and execute initiatives that support the agency’s strategic goals and ensure the alignment of the Home Care and Hospice Programs to the degree reasonable in terms of clinical, operational and administrative processes.

In addition, the Vice President of Home Care and Hospice is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will improve the delivery of services throughout the entire organization and increase awareness within all service lines and general community.

Arria has more than 20 years of experience in various health care settings, including large senior living facilities and rehabilitation centers, as well as post-acute home care and multi-location clinic operations. Prior to joining Granite VNA, Arria served as regional director of operations for ConvenientMD where she oversaw nine regional locations in New Hampshire; prior to ConvenientMD, she served as director of operations of post-acute care, immediate care and internal medicine divisions for Foundation Medical Partners in Nashua, New Hampshire. She has also held leadership roles with Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Nashua and Benchmark Senior Living in Wellesley, Mass.

Arria is a licensed nursing home administrator, and holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration degree from New England College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.

Tammi Mozier, MBA, PT, ATC, COS-C, is Vice President of Education and Quality. Mozier oversees the education, orientation and assessment of the agency’s professional and paraprofessional staff, as well as its laboratory services and Quality Assessment Process Improvement (QAPI) program.

Mozier has been with Granite VNA for nearly 22 years and has served the agency in multiple roles, including staff physical therapist, Rehabilitation Services program manager, Home Care clinical director, and director of education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont and a Master of Business Administration with a health care administration certificate from Plymouth State University.
