Our Intake staff is ready to help you in your time of need. Our agency provides services in your home, assisted living communities, retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, and at Granite VNA Hospice House.
Staff is available for referrals from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. , seven days a week (including holidays). They answer questions, arrange for services, and clarify insurance coverage.
