Thank you for your generous support of Granite VNA’s 2026 Season of Remembrance campaign. Together, our community raised more than $53,000 in honor and memory of loved ones and helped ensure that compassionate hospice care and bereavement support remain available to our neighbors when they need it most.
Every gift to Season of Remembrance lights the way for Granite VNA Hospice to offer personalized end-of-life care, and grief support, allowing families to be present for loved ones and focus on what truly matters most during a challenging time.

Those who made a gift of $250 or more received a handblown glass keepsake ornament. This year’s piece featured a deep cobalt blue glass orb with a thin ribbon of teal glass delicately encircling the ornament and fused into the surface. Cobalt blue, a color of depth and contemplation, represents the enduring weight of memory and the vastness of love that remains. Teal, a lighter, more vibrant hue, speaks to healing, renewal and the moments of calm that eventually emerge from grief. This ornament is a reminder that while grief runs deep, hope always finds a way to wind itself around us.
