Granite VNA Delivers Over $6.1 Million in Charitable Community Programs and Services in Fiscal Year 2025

Granite VNA delivered more than $6.1 million in community benefits during Fiscal Year 2025 (October 2024 – September 2025). Charitable programs and services included community health services, foot care clinics, nutritionist services, palliative care and subsidized care throughout the 72 communities the agency serves across central New Hampshire.
“Our community is the center of everything we do. Our mission, every day, is to deliver quality health care and promote wellness to residents of our region through all stages of life,” said Granite VNA Chief Strategy Officer Julie Stone. “We are honored to provide home-based care and services and programs to support and enhance wellness for all.”
Granite VNA’s key charitable investments in Fiscal Year 2025 included:
- $2,449,361 in subsidized health services as a result of operating the Hospice House in Concord 24-hours-per-day, seven-days-per-week, year-round;
- $1,407,300 in government-sponsored health care;
- $337,215 in agency leadership development programs and training;
- $141,819 in providing clinical opportunities for undergraduate clinician training;
- $142,500 in charity care to individuals who are uninsured, underinsured or otherwise unable to pay out-of-pocket fees for service;
- $126,438 in educational programs for community members of all ages to improve their quality of life and remain independent.
In addition, Granite VNA team members made 111,331 visits to 6,096 home care patients in their homes, facilities and retirement communities; 28,176 visits to 799 home hospice patients and 11,507 visits to 419 Hospice House patients; and 920 baby’s first homecoming visits. Team members traveled 1,250,268 miles collectively for these visits.
In addition, the agency conducted 156 in-person and online wellness programs for 1,435 community members and nurses administered 260 free flu shots and conducted 3,197 foot care clinic visits to residents throughout the 72-town service area. And community volunteers generously gave 8,884 hours of their time and talent to support the agency’s mission.
