Granite VNA Hires Sandra Jobe as New VP of Human Resources

Granite VNA has hired Sandra Jobe as the new Vice President of Human Resources. Jobe brings over 20 years of experience driving workforce strategy, organizational transformation, and culture development across multi-state operations to the agency.
In this role, Jobe will provide strategic and operational guidance to leadership, ensuring human resources programs support the agency’s workforce and its drive to provide well-rounded home health and hospice care and wellness services. In coordination with the leadership team, she will also oversee efforts to ensure the agency retains its excellent employees and continues to be an attractive option for prospective healthcare workers.

Prior to joining Granite VNA, Jobe held human resource positions at PPC Structurals, Inc. and Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., where she worked as the Area Human Resources Manager for over 13 years. Jobe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Hartford.
Jobe has been the Co-Chair of the Manchester Area Human Resources Association since 2015, and a member since 2013. The association provides high quality programs of interest to human resource professionals, as well as an opportunity to network with other professionals in the industry. She has also been a member of Society for Human Resource Management since 2011.
