Granite VNA has once again been recognized for providing exceptional home care services in the Lakes Region by readers of the Laconia Daily Sun. The agency recently received ‘silver’ honors in the news organization’s annual “Best of the Lakes Region” awards for its consistent contributions to the health and wellbeing of New Hampshire residents.

Introduced in 2018 as a way to celebrate those who contribute to the region’s vitality, the Laconia Daily Sun’s “Best of the Lakes Region” competition invites readers to nominate and vote for local organizations, businesses and individuals who make a difference in their communities.

“We are honored to once again be included among the ‘Best of the Lakes Region’ for home care by readers of the Laconia Daily Sun,” said Granite VNA President/CEO Beth Slepian, MBA, PT. “We are proud to provide vital home health and hospice care services, as well as community wellness programs such as immunization and foot care clinics, bereavement support and other services to people throughout the region.”

Granite VNA provides home health and hospice care, palliative care, pediatric and maternal health services and wellness programs to people of all ages throughout 82 New Hampshire communities, including 38 towns and cities in the Lakes Region.

More than 281,000 Laconia Daily Sun readers nominated 1,300 area businesses, organizations and individuals in 204 categories for Best of the Lakes Region honors. Winners were announced June 20, 2023.
