Granite VNA Promotes Nicholas Heafield to Management Role

Granite VNA, New Hampshire’s largest non-profit home health and hospice agency has promoted Nicholas Heafield PT, DPT, to Home Care Manager. Heafield previously served as a staff physical therapist.

In his new role, Heafield, will manage clinical business operations and patient care services. He will guide our home care services team to ensure they have the support and tools they need to provide the best possible care for every patient.

“Having worked alongside Nick for four years, I have great confidence in his ability to step into this role,” said Granite VNA Senior Director of Patient Care Services Cindy Bergeron. “His promotion is well-deserved, and represents our commitment to creating meaningful career pathways that provide team members with opportunities to develop their skills and advance professionally.”

Heafield holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Castleton University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Franklin Pierce University.

Granite VNA is a not-for-profit home health and hospice agency providing care and wellness programs to residents of 72 communities throughout the Greater Capital Region and Central New Hampshire and at Hospice House in Concord.
