Our team is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of people in our communities. Our dedicated and highly skilled team of clinicians and support staff work collaboratively to care for patients in their homes across 72 central New Hampshire cities and towns.

We encourage and support personal and professional growth and offer opportunities for ongoing training and professional development, including tuition reimbursement toward higher education.

I am so proud to be a staff member at Granite VNA

I have been a Physical Therapist for 28 years and I have never worked for a company that values their staff as much as Granite VNA. I feel the commitment to the mission and vision on a daily basis from my co-workers, right up through my managers/directors and senior administrators. Staff members are continuously asked to give feedback on agency operations, and changes are made in a timely manner. I have been to several outside workshops and community events lately, and every time I tell someone where I work, it is followed by a story of an experience they had or a family member had that was positive.
