Being prepared as a caregiver at life’s end brings clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose during an emotionally complex time. Inspired by Navigating Life’s Final Journey by Pat O’Connor, this program equips caregivers with practical tools, emotional insight, and steady support. It helps them provide compassionate care, communicate with intention, manage stress, and honor their loved ones—while also tending to their own well-being along the way.

All participants will receive a copy of Pat’s book Navigating Life’s Final Journey.
